The New York Integrated Food Safety Center of Excellence assembled a COVID-19 Emergency Task Force on Food Safety & Processing to help food industry officials, consumers, and local and state health departments navigate through many of these questions and decisions in order to ensure that a safe and robust food supply is maintained for the public.
