Next summer, join the Rx One Health Field Institute on a Sierra to Sea journey into experiential One Health learning!  RxOne Health Field Institute is a transformative field course focused on One Health core competencies for graduate students and early career professionals from all disciplines.  In 2021 we are offering a two-week version of the course in California due to COVID-19 logistical and travel related restrictions.   California’s biodiverse landscapes will come to life as participants develop skills in laboratory and research methods, ecosystem dynamics, biodiversity conservation, health inequities, epidemiology, infectious disease surveillance, biosafety, biosecurity, food safety, agriculture, food security, hydrology, marine ecology, communications, community and stakeholder engagement, ethics, teamwork, and leadership.
