A “Resources and Tools for Produce Safety Research and Education” symposium will be held from 8 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Dec. 1 in the room 382 of the Lory Student Center. The symposium will focus on CSU’s growing role in produce safety, with topics including tools and skills for production and post-harvest water quality sampling; hydroponic production systems; and building a “student farm-to-student table” project.
