This intensive half-day course, presented by Elaine Scallan, PhD (CSPH) and Rachel Jervis, MPH (CDPHE), will train students in interview techniques used in foodborne disease outbreak investigations. Students who complete the course will be added to a “Rapid Responder” list and will be invited to assist in outbreak investigations coordinated by the CDPHE and possibly other local public health agencies. Students in the beginning or middle of their program are encouraged to attend.
